Chief Executive Officer Ann-Dorthea Larsen (M.Sc.E.E.)
Thea Larsen was previously Nordic Sales Director (2002) and Nordic Operational Director (2001-02) in Bombardier Transportation Rail Control Solutions, and Managing Director of Bombardier Transportation (Signal) Denmark A/S, formerly Adtranz Signal A/S (1999-2000). Bombardier Transportation is the global leader in the rail equipment manufacturing and servicing industry with a portfolio that includes integrated operation control systems, automatic train operation systems and radio-based rail control and signalling systems. 1995-99 various positions with Adtranz Signal A/S.

Chief Financial Officer Mogens Kokholm
(B.Sc., Business Adm. & Financial and Management Accounting)
Mogens Kokholm has worked in Rovsing Dynamics since 2000.
Previous worked with financial consulting 99-00, as Corporate Controller in Saint Gobain Nordic 93-98, as Controller Maersk Line 89-93 and as Chief Accountant Maersk France 87-89

Technical Director Ole Doessing (M.Sc., Mechanical Engineering)
Mr. Ole Doessing has been Technical Director of Rovsing Dynamics since 1997. His main responsibility is Research & Development within diagnostics methodology. He joined the company in 1993 as Division Manager for the Vibration Engineering Division. Before joining Rovsing Dynamics, he was a manager and expert in signal processing and structural dynamics at Brüel & Kjaer A/S. Prior to this, he held positions as Department Manager at the Odense Steel Shipyard and Laboratory Manager at the packaging company A/S Haustrups Fabrikker. Mr. Doessing holds an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark from 1967.
